It all started with one mama, a kettlebell, and a playground. Trying to move. Trying to manage. Trying to not lose herself in the chaos.

So she invited a few neighbours. They met at the park. Moved together. Laughed, sweated, and cheered each other on.

That’s how BeeFITR was born. Today, BeeFITR is for anyone who wants to feel stronger, without the pressure. We meet once a week, in the fresh air, with movement that’s fun, functional, and made for real life.
No egos. No expectations. Just good people, good vibes, and small steps that lead to big shifts.

Meet your trainer
Meena O’Mahony is a certified personal trainer, avid Hyroxer, runner, and CrossFitter and a mum of three. She founded BeeFitR to create a space where movement feels fun, inclusive, and doable, no matter your starting point. With a deep belief in community over competition, Meena brings heart, energy, and real-life experience to every session, helping others grow stronger one small step at a time.
